L. Construction, insulation, ceramic and refractory projects –
1. Automatic clay brick making project (from 30,000 to 3,00,000 bricks per day using low grades of soil) by hard extrusion / toggle press, and subsequent tunnel kiln curing process.
2. Automatic lime-silicate brick making project, using toggle press (from the process wastes from M-sand and stone aggregate plants).
3. Large quartz slab making project (replacement for granite slab / Italian marble), with in-house quartz grinding plant.
4. Amorphous silica and alumina powder making technology, using cyclone furnace.
5. Float glass production line.
6. AAC block making plant.
7. Ceramic wool making project from alumina.
8. Rock wool making plant to utilize blast furnace slag; corrugated roofing steel + rock wool sandwich panel making plant for outdoor thermal insulations (container homes and insulated factory buildings).
9. Plasma technology to make fused quartz, fused alumina and fused zirconia for refractory applications and for investment casting.
10. Plasma induction furnace for making magnesium and zirconium oxides for refractory applications.
11. Continuous basalt thread making / basalt fibre making technology, with down- stream products like basalt mats and boards, sandwich panels, basalt woven cloth (for rain-proof tents, for fire-fighting and for high-altitude chilling weather- proof military clothing), and for making composites for bullet-proof jackets.
