The vertical pyrolysis plant is designated for processing & utilization of used tyres, industrial rubber wastes, medical wastes, oil processing & refinery wastes, oil sludge, soft roofing materials, e-waste, rubber fabric, textile wastes including oiled rags, paper, cardboards, wood shavings, coconut shells, latex rubber wastes etc.

C) Flash pyrolysis plant to convert biomass, lignite & coal into pyro-gas (a substitute for natural gas), pyro-oil & carbon, from Russia –
Pyrolysis is the thermal decomposition of input materials with limited oxygen access, which takes place at relatively low temperatures (500-900°C) as compared to gasification (800-1,300°C) and burning (900-2,000°C) processes. Compared to gasification or burning, pyrolysis is highly efficient, but it is the least developed technology as on date.
The output energy from the flash pyrolysis plant is 1.5-2 times higher than its input energy. This is due to the fact that during pyrolysis, oxygen is removed from the feed stock, which otherwise combines with hydrogen to form water.Flash pyrolysis combines molecular & quantum physics along with thermodynamics. d) Fast pyrolysis & vortex combustion technology for controlled burning of unsorted municipal waste, from Russia –
Utilization of municipal solid waste (MSW) is the biggest problem at present. The methods of waste utilization applied till now have shown their low economic efficiency & led to a situation in which there are environmental disasters in a number of cities.
A new technology developed in Russia for thermal destruction of MSW on the basis of Fast pyrolysis and high-temperature vortex burning allows processing the MSW with lower investments, lower energy costs, minimum exhaust into the atmosphere and non-toxic ash.The technology can burn the municipal waste with a heat value of even 500 kcal/kg.,which cannot be burnt in the traditional combustion system …….
